RELEASE: Fallin Supports Operation Elf Toy Drive
OKLAHOMA CITY – Republican gubernatorial candidate Mary Fallin is joining Operation Elf in supporting the OU Children’s Hospital. Operation Elf provides toys to the thousands of children who visit the OU Medical Center’s playrooms and activity areas and provides children with the opportunity to take a toy home with them.
Fallin is encouraging Oklahomans to donate new, unwrapped toys, puzzles and games to the toy drive. Those interested in helping can drop off or mail a toy to the Fallin for Governor headquarters in Oklahoma City or the Tulsa County GOP headquarters, which is also hosting a Fallin for Governor collection box (addresses provided below).
“One of the reasons I love Oklahoma is the generous, caring nature of the men and women living here,” said Fallin. “This Christmas and holiday season, I invite everyone to join us in supporting Operation Elf. Together we can help make a child’s stay at the OU Children’s Hospital a little brighter. That’s something we can all be proud of.”
